Q. Do you take custom orders?

 

A. Yes, we do take custom and special orders. Please go to our Contact Us page and send us the information.

 

Q. Will a 10-inch size fit an 11-inch baby doll?

 

A. Yes, it will fit the 11-inch size. For your information the 12-inch size will fit the 13-inch, 14-inch will fit 15-inch, 16-inch will fit 17-inch, 18-inch will fit 19-inch and 20-inch will fit 21-inch.

 

Q. How do I measure my doll?

 

A. You can measure your doll by measuring from the top of its head to the bottom of its feet.

 

Q. How will my order be shipped?

 

A. Most of our orders are sent by USPS priority mail and takes approximately 2-3 business days for delivery in the Continental United States; however this may change depending on the size of the order.

 

Q. Do you ship outside the United States?

 

A. Yes, we ship outside the United States and all custom and tax laws are met. Please go to our Contact Us page and send us your request and we will be glad to help you.

Q. Do you accept credit cards?

A. Yes, we accept Discover, Visa, Master Card and American Express credit cards.

 

Q. Do you accept orders by check or money orders?

 

A. Yes, we accept checks and money orders. Please go to our Contact Us page and specify the item number that you want to order and these items will be mailed to you after receipt of the check or money order.

Q. Can I order and the item shipped to another address?

A. Yes, you may have an item shipped to another address and if you send a short note in special instructions section of your order we will be glad to insert a small gift card with the order.

Q. If I am not satisfied with my order can it be returned for a refund?

A. Yes, we will give a full refund (less shipping cost) on your order if it is returned within five (5) business days in its original condition.
